2. They have the ability to submit and track architectural and maintenance requests, make online amenity reservations, participate in neighborhood groups and committees, send messages to their manager, create posts on their Community Feed, and confirm attendance at association events.
3. Community board members can use the app for internal communication and leverage the Task Management system to coordinate projects effectively.
4. Community managers utilize the platform to share official association updates through the Association News channel.
5. Residents have the flexibility to customize their notification preferences by selecting email, text, or mobile alerts based on the type of information they wish to receive.
